A freshly drawn, golden pour of Pilsner Urquell draft is one of the signature draws at Tail's Ale House. Flown in directly from the Czech Republic by air freight throughout the year, this crisp draft keeps a steady stream of regulars returning to the taps. Beyond Urquell, the coolers are stocked with several hundred varieties of bottled beers from around the world at any given time, offering the pleasure of selecting a Belgian ale or a West Coast IPA purely on a whim or label art.

Thoughtful Pub Dishes Designed for Beer

The food menu is crafted to complement the depth of the beers. Hearty meat offerings include fragrant grilled house-made sausages, an aromatic platter of house-smoked bites, savory bellota-grade Ibérico salami, and cured horse meat sourced from Komagane in Shinshu, each matching well with fuller-bodied brews. For casual snacking over drinks, guests can graze on classic fish and chips, Belgian-style frites, or oil sardines cooked right in the tin.
